The Black Lion Long Melford requires a Sous Chef
-Work alongside the chef to oversee the food operation
-Be responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen in the head chefs absence
-Develop and train the junior members of the team
-Implement and maintain health and safety practices
-Help manage the stock control and G.P margins
-Be able to work under pressure at a 2 AA Rosette level
-Have great time management skills
-Be able to work in a high pressure environment
-Ideally have held a similar position previously
-2 rosette level
-Meals on duty
